Having lived in Switerland, France & Vietnam - it is India where Ambika finds herself loving life, & together with her passion for everything green, her hobby has become her work! She believes that her work must always have a direct impact on the grassroots of this country which are reflected in CAARA's values and work ethics along with the sister company FarmLove. If Ambika could, all Delhi dogs would be living with her, but the lucky 3 she does have are sufficient for now.

New Delhi was chosen for Alice after a marketing background in both London & New York. With Ballymaloe (An Irish cookery school) under her belt, she hit the catering scene running. Alice dreams of being able to produce, in house, all the fine ingredients used at CAARA, creating a self-sustaining localized model.

Currently studying at JNU, Delhi.

Kevin is an avid reader and can be seen either reading or kneading in the kitchen. Under Chef Pallavi he is learning all the time and enjoying the speed of a fast, creative kitchen.

True ambassadors of CAARA, they speak impeccable English, understand the dishes they are serving along with dietary information and are efficient in their service flow. Our team have varied backgrounds from Hospitality to Art & History to Writing and work with CAARA for their passion and love for good food. They undergo frequent training modules that are prepared by CAARA management.
